Bhatkal: Tippu Sultan Warriors won gloriously after the 9-day long district level twenty20 cricket tournament “Tippu Sultan Trophy” organized by Sultan Youth Welfare Association held in YMSA ground. The final match of the tournament was held between Tippu Sultan Warriors and Bhatkal Challengers, the two strongest of teams in the town. Tippu sultan team secured a glorious victory over Bhatkal challenger. Earlier, Bhatkal Challengers were considered as the strongest team of the tournament. However, by defeating the Bhatkal Challengers, Tippu Sultan team proved that any moment any action can bring a twist in the game.
